Meet the Team
Rest-Q HVAC Solutions is a small, focused team based in District Heights, Maryland, serving homeowners across Prince George’s County. Here is a closer look at who we are and how we work.
Leadership
Sina Avery
CEO & President
“I know there is a lot of competition in this industry, and that’s why I make sure we go above and beyond for each customer we service.”
Sina Avery is a graduate of Rutledge of Washington School of Business and holds a certification in data entry and administrative assistance. She has an impressive resume with over 25 years in the private sector, including experience in sales and marketing.
As a tenured professional in the private sector, Sina recognized a need for a service company to deliver a higher level of service. Being a female minority business owner, she has led the company in a distinctive and positive way. She treats each client as if they are her only one, and her work ethic and values continue to drive Rest-Q’s high rate of customer satisfaction and return.
Antonio Avery
Managing Partner
“I am very excited about the direction the company is going. I stand behind the values of Rest-Q and the quality of our work.”
Antonio Avery has over 30 years of experience in the building services industry. He is a graduate of the National Association of Power Engineers, with a certificate of completion in steam boiler operations and Master HVAC first class. His experience includes work on private, commercial, and government projects as the lead engineer for companies including Nations Bank, Bank of America, and Baxter Pharmaceuticals.
He has also maintained and operated high pressure steam boilers, centrifugal chillers, rooftop unit replacement services, VAV control boxes, and building energy control systems. Antonio takes pride in helping to steer Rest-Q HVAC Solutions along the positive trajectory the company has experienced over the past several years.
Our Team
Our Technicians
Our field technicians bring over a decade of combined hands-on HVAC experience working on the furnaces, central air conditioners, heat pumps, and water heaters common throughout Prince George’s County. Every technician who works under our Maryland HVAC Contractor License #79557 is expected to diagnose thoroughly, explain findings in plain language, and recommend the repair that actually fits the equipment's real condition.
Our Office Team
The team members who answer your call and schedule your appointment work closely with our field technicians so the details of your issue make it to the right person before a truck ever leaves for your home. That coordination is part of how we keep visits efficient and avoid repeat trips for information that could have been gathered up front.
How We Are Trained
Our technicians stay current on the equipment brands and system types most common in this region, including the ductwork and electrical configurations typical of older Prince George’s County homes as well as the higher-efficiency systems found in newer construction.
Working Together
Our team works as a coordinated unit serving District Heights, Suitland, Capitol Heights, Hyattsville, and Upper Marlboro, with an emphasis on safe repairs, practical recommendations, and respectful service in every home we visit.
